On a night out at the club, a stranger approached this woman from the Bay Area. She tried getting her alone: ‘Trust no one’
Anyone can have ill-intentions.

Kenni Lee (@relatablekenni) from California’s Bay Area went out to the club with a couple of friends. During the night, she met a woman whom she believed had plans to abduct her.
Lee captioned her TikTok video, “Moral of the story, trust no one.” On her night out with two of her gay friends, Lee ran into two women. One of them disappeared, while the other approached them and told Lee and her friends she had been left behind. She asked to hang out with them, and Lee’s group agreed.
While they were singing karaoke, the woman asked Lee if she wanted to go with her on the dance floor. But when they reached the dance floor, Lee alleged that the woman started dancing with another man. She ended up dancing alone, since the woman didn’t invite Lee’s two friends to join them.
“That’s weird. Why did she pull you away from us?” Lee recalled one of her male friends’ words. He said he wanted to check on her, and she reassured him she was fine. Regardless, he persuaded Lee to go back with him to weird the karaoke area.
A stranger from the club with even stranger claims
“If she’s not paying you any mind, like, why did she bring you over here?” Lee commented. She didn’t know why but went back with her friends. Soon after, the woman came back to Lee’s group, complaining about the man she’d danced with. She alleged that the man was “trying to traffic” her.
“Oh, that’s a strong allegation,” Lee said. She was struggling to believe the woman because she was allegedly up close and personal with him on the dance floor. Trafficking can happen where least expected, and this tourist in Paris believes she escaped trafficking by the sliver of a hair.
Regardless, the woman ended up sitting down with Lee’s group again. Later on, she offered to get Lee a drink, allegedly without doing the same for her other friends. “I’ve dealt with a weird situation before where I really don’t play with the drink stuff,” Lee explained. As they walked to the bar, Lee told the woman she’d get their drinks instead.
“That way, I can see what’s happening. I can control it,” Lee said. Even then, Lee still didn’t drink until they got back to their table. She only took a sip and offered her drink to the rest of her friends.
The night was about to end. Lee and her friends were ready to leave when she spotted the woman speaking to the man she accused of trying to traffic her. Then, the woman told Lee’s group that she needed to go to her car and get away from the man because he was “trying to get” her. The woman suddenly asked Lee if she could walk her to her car, and she hesitated. Although she was skeptical, Lee asked her two friends to come along and accompany the woman to her car.
They started walking down the alleyway and then to the other side. The woman complained that her car wasn’t where she thought it would be. When she looked it up, Lee was suspicious of where it was. “Her car is way down the street, like a residential street. And it’s confusing because we’re at a strip of, like, bars and clubs,” Lee commented. She said the area still had plenty of parking because it was the middle of the week.
At this point, Lee and her friends refused to walk the woman over to her car. She alleged the woman tried to stall them when a white Tesla pulled up. The man inside asked Lee what was happening, and she explained that the woman they were with needed a ride to her car.
“As I’m saying this, she’s already getting in this guy’s car,” Lee alleged. She and her friends were confused, since the woman had earlier told them she distrusted another man in the club. Yet she seemed to have no qualms about getting into a stranger’s car. Although nothing untoward happened to Lee, she still found the encounter bizarre. She believes that the woman was trying to get her alone, possibly to abduct her.
“Be hypervigilant, be careful,” Lee advised. She said that women shouldn’t let their guard down around other women either, because they could have ill intentions too. Similarly, this woman went shopping with her child at Target, only to be chased out of the parking lot by a woman and a group of men.
