The 10 Most Obscure Recurring Characters in Penny Arcade

This weekend is the date of the very first PAX East, the East Coast version of the wildly popular PAX Prime, the Penny Arcade Expo.  In honor of the con, and in gratitude for its geographical proximity, we have dedicated this week’s PowerGrid to the most obscure characters to ever appear in the comic.

And we don’t mean Twisp and Catsby, or Mr. Period, or Charles.  No.  Really obscure.  All of these characters have been in at least two comics, but most of them no more than that.  Some of them have had a legacy much larger than their list of appearances would suggest.  Some… not so much.
