Looking at this list, the show I’m most excited about is the return of Patriot Act With Hasan Minhaj. This first season was great—part comedy, part news, part deep-dive explainer of pertinent topics (previously covered were subjects like immigration enforcement, Amazon, the “Supreme” brand and sneaker culture, internet moderation, and oil. Minhaj’s excoriating take on Saudi Arabia resulted in the kingdom strong-arming Netflix into removing that episode from their platform).

Patriot Act is a fantastic show for our era, and I’d like to imagine that the incident with Saudi Arabia’s censorship will prompt Minhaj to sharpen his wry claws rather than retract them.

I’m also ready for Umbrella Academy, the chance to watch Edge of Seventeen, revisit old favorites like Billy Elliot, and take in comfort food like the second season of The Big Family Cooking Showdown.

What have you already watched here or are keen to try out?
