Nov 3rd, 2015, 5:12 pm
Hey Sungazers! NASA’s Solar Dynamics Observatory (SDO) captures images of the sun in ten different wavelengths (each assigned a different color), and they’ve shared this 30 minute video of that footage “in unprecedented detail.” Lars Leonhard’s music tracks from his album Deep Venture set the perfect tone to marvel at our “life-giving star.”
Oh, and each minute of the footage takes a team of media specialists ten hours.
