Marvel Congratulates Jurassic World on Beating The Avengers at the Box Office in the Silliest Way Possible

Marvel, you are the most ridiculous. And that is why we adore you.

But yeah, while original estimates had Jurassic World just shy of The Avengers weekend box office, newer figures say otherwise. It took in $208.8 million versus the earlier record of $207.4 million. Variety also noted at the international level Jurassic World beat the previous record holder Harry Potter and the Deathly Hallows – Part 2 with $315.6 million.

That is one big pile of money.
