We’re Loving These Marvel Manicures for Avengers: Endgame

For all the complaining, toxicity, and hateful discourse online, it’s easy to forget the inherent joys of nerd culture. But there’s so much to love about fandom, chiefly the commitment and passion fans have for their favorite franchises and characters. Fandom is many things, but it is above all creative: half the fun of loving something is seeing how our fellow geeks pay tribute to/celebrate their respective fandoms. And this can take myriad forms: fanfiction, clothing, cosplay, tattoos … the possibilities are endless.

With the long awaited arrival of Avengers: Endgame, fans are pouring into theaters to celebrate not just the film, but to pay tribute to this final chapter in the MCU. Emotions are high, and many are commemorating the event with cosplay, parties, and multiple viewings. But we’re seeing another delightful trend online: MCU manicures.
