His Best Friend Was About to Get Married. But Before the Wedding, Someone Warned Him of the Fiancée’s Secret: ‘He Ended up Calling CPS on Her’
He was preparing for his best friend's wedding. But days before the actual event, somebody came forward to him with his best friend's fiancé's secret, double life.
Everyone has secrets, but some are so severe that they can be marriage-ending. M. Martucci (@thestorytella_) from New York told social media that his best friend was getting married to the woman of his dreams. But, days before the wedding, Martucci alleged that he uncovered the fiancée’s unsettling past.
“Have you ever had to object and call off a wedding in front of 200 people?” he asked on TikTok. Martucci’s best friend was on the verge of marrying the woman he loved. For over a year and a half, Martucci stated that the pair had also been trying to have a child together. He posted on Facebook and sent his best wishes to the couple.
“I get a DM the next night from a random username with an animated emoji as a profile picture, so, not a real person,” Martucci said. But when he opened the message, the anonymous sender said that someone in the Facebook post can’t have or deserve another child.

Martucci was confused and cussed the sender out, thinking that the message was directed at his best friend. He started defending his friend, saying that he didn’t have a child. But the sender clarified and said that the message was about his friend’s fiancée.
“Not only are her tubes tied, but she’s already had two kids taken away from her. She doesn’t deserve any more,” the sender alleged. This alarmed Martucci, so he decided to reach out to his friend with the information he received. Martucci’s best friend denied that his fiancée had children. Moreover, he also said that while they were struggling to conceive, his fiancée was capable of having kids.
Believing his friend, Martucci reached out to the anonymous sender and said that they must be talking about a different person. But then, the sender allegedly connected Martucci to the fiancée’s ex-husband. That’s when Martucci supposedly found out that the fiancée was married in 2016, had a two-year-old and a four-year-old child.
“She would leave them home, go to the beach, get hammered, come home. She would take them with her, go to the bar, leave them in the car,” Martucci said. He also found out that the woman supposedly did these things while the man was at work.
“He ended up calling CPS on her, filing for divorce, getting full custody, and she has zero rights to the kids,” Martucci added. Out of concern for his friend, Martucci reached out and told him about what he had learned. There were only two weeks before the wedding.
“You need to stay in your lane,” his friend apparently said. Martucci did not follow his friend’s advice. Instead, he decided to tell his best friend’s family about what he discovered.
In a follow-up video, Martucci and his cousin invited his friend’s mother and sister to dinner at Casa Stellina. They explained the situation and showed her the evidence, and he said she was devastated by it all. But she wanted further proof to confirm the allegations against her future daughter-in-law.
Martucci contacted the ex-husband, and he agreed to meet up. He showed up, and Martucci said the ex brought the children’s birth certificates with the fiancée’s name and their divorce papers. By now, the best friend’s mother was shattered.
Martucci said that the concern wasn’t that the fiancée was an alcoholic. Rather, they were worried that she might have been lying about being able to conceive. He hoped that his best friend would be more amenable to listening to his mother. But even with earth-shattering revelations, some weddings don’t get called off. His family eventually confronted him about his fiancée. But in a twist, his best friend defended his fiancée in front of his family.
“Stay in your lane. I know who I’m marrying. I know my fiancée’s past. We’re getting married in less than two days in front of 200 people,” the best friend supposedly said. Moreover, he also clarified that he knew his fiancée’s tubes were tied. Through all this, Martucci said he felt embarrassed, as his friend raged at him.
“I wish he would’ve told me that from the jump, because I wouldn’t have made this that big of a deal,” Martucci said. Despite his interference, he was still invited to the wedding.
