What’s Galentine’s Day? Oh, it’s only the best day of the year. You can watch the linked video to have Parks and Recreation’s Leslie Knope explain it to you (why wouldn’t you?!), or here’s the skinny: It takes place every February 13th, and it’s a day for ladies to celebrate their ladyfriends, preferably over breakfast food.
