Daisy Ridley and John Boyega’s Reaction Videos Are Almost as Good as the Force Awakens Trailer

Almost.

The wide galaxy of Star Wars fans on the Internet had plenty of reactions to offer up for the final Force Awakens trailer last night, but we’d like to point your attention in the direction of two specific fans: Daisy Ridley and John Boyega.

If these aren’t the faces of two people who thought they’d never get to be the star in Star Wars (har har), I don’t know what are, and it warms our hearts. Above, you can see Ridley shedding tears of joy upon seeing the glory we were all treated to last night, and below, Boyega seems … pleased with how things came out as he does his best impression of Raphael in Ninja Turtles 2 over the back of the couch—only this looks to be a much better sequel, and—well, just watch for yourself.

Whether they’re just playing it up for the camera, have honestly not seen the completed version of the movie yet and are that overcome by its apparent grandeur, or they have seen a cut but their emotions are overcome by the power of a well-made trailer, we love them for it. Can’t wait to go show my appreciation on December 18. If there are any tickets left, that is.
