First Annual Geek Fashion Week Coming This Month!

Level up your fashion!

The days of geeks being totally style deficient are long gone! We see evidence of stylish geek clothing everywhere from the ever-popular Her Universe website, to more mainstream outlets like Hot Topic selling Doctor Who apparel. We’ve seen Rodarte’s Star Wars dress on Kirsten Dunst, and Danica McKellar rocking a Doctor Who shirt while rehearsing on Dancing With the Stars. Well, Espionage Cosmetics, ThinkGeek, and Her Universe think it’s time to take geek fashion to the next level by sponsoring the first annual Geek Fashion Week March 23-29, 2015 in Los Angeles, CA.

Even better, you don’t have to be in L.A. to get in on the fun! Geek Fashion Week, founded by geek hostess extraordinaire, Dina Kampmeyer, is a multimedia, multi-venue event that pairs online fashion how-tos and contests with live parties and a fashion show spotlighting the best in geek-inspired clothing. There’s also a Style Faire, where attendees can grow their geeky wardrobes by hitting up amazing vendors.
