Stephen Colbert and Mitt Romney “Stay in Character” for New Late Show Promos

"Hi 'America'"? I believe you mispronounced "nation," sir.

Stephen Colbert no longer has to pretend to be politically conservative for the sake of comedy, but that doesn’t mean he’s entirely given up on every aspect of the Colbert Report persona. Here he is “staying in character” with Mitt Romney in new Late Show promos.

Colbert’s run as the real Stephen Colbert on the Late Show begins in just over a month on September 8, so check out a few more promos in the meantime:
