Forget Bow and Arrow; Check Out This Bow and Shotgun [Video]

Recommended Videos

Why would you ever want to rig up a compound bow to fire an attached shotgun instead of shooting arrows like it was meant to? Because you can, that’s why. The weapon showcased in this lovely little video appears to work by using the bow’s string as the firing pin for the shell in the attached shotgun. It kind of makes you wonder how reliable the thing is, but if this video is any indication, it works just fine. There’s some question out there as to whether or not this is real, mostly stemming from a perceived delay between the sound of the shot and the recoil, but if it is real, it’s certainly ridiculous. I wonder if it could help you abuse bow hunting laws.
