A friend was lamenting to me just last night there weren’t enough bald characters to dress up as for Halloween. These creations from Mr. Peruca prove otherwise. He calls the series, “Notorious Baldies.” Much like with footwear, apparently heads are pretty distinct. Even without their faces.
