Arizona woman repeatedly encounters an ‘overly nice’ old man at work. Things turn dark and then the police gets involved: ‘that’s scary’

While I would like to believe that most people in this world are inherently good, it is undeniable that many bad individuals exist. These people are capable of nothing more than making someone’s life miserable.
Two days ago, TikTok user @madisonnicolemorgan_ uploaded a video recounting how she was stalked by a man when she just turned 18 and was working at a Chinese food to go and delivery restaurant. When she first met this person, Madison thought he was really nice. But over time, she realized how creepy he was, and one day, he crossed all limits, forcing her to involve the police.
TikTok user @madisonnicolemorgan_ has a frightening story about her stalker
As mentioned earlier, two days ago, Madison posted a TikTok video about her experience with her stalker. This incident happened ten years ago. Madison recalls that the man was probably in his fifties. One day, he came into the Chinese restaurant where she worked and was very friendly. He asked for her name and made small talk, which initially made Madison think he was nice.
However, her opinion changed after a while. Madison noticed that he started frequenting the restaurant almost daily. His attempts to talk to her became increasingly creepy. The moment she felt the most uncomfortable was when she was about to do a night delivery. As she backed her car out, she saw him standing at the restaurant window, staring directly at her. Then, within a span of few days a man wanted food delivered to his location and insisted that Madison be the one to deliver it. Madison checked the name and saw it was the same creepy man. She refused the delivery and told a coworker, who decided to go instead. When he returned, he told Madison that the man was waiting on her porch with all the lights off. Then one day when Madison went to work, after her shift, the same man showed up again, after waiting for a long time after ordering and finishing his food, and then followed her home. Distressed, Madison called her father, who sought help from their neighbors, who were police officers. Madison then went to the police station and parked at her neighbor’s house to make him think it was her home. For a while, she believed things had calmed down, or perhaps she was mistaken about his intentions. But then the man brought a basket filled with art supplies, claiming he knew she liked them. After this, Madison managed to get his license plate number, gave it to the police, and while she was in California for a while, the man was arrested, although for a different reason.

Stalking cases are quite common in the United States
A 2026 newsletter from The Stalking Prevention, Awareness, and Resource Center, issued during National Stalking Awareness Month, highlights concerning statistics.
The source highlights that over 20% of women and 10% of men in the U.S. experience stalking at some point in their lives, yet many incidents go unnoticed and unreported. Stalking frequently occurs alongside physical violence and sexual assault, and it is strongly associated with increasing acts of violence and homicide. Victims often endure severe trauma, with 92% reporting psychological effects and 25% experiencing physical illness.
