Woman Finds a Tooth in Her Dutch Bros. Coffee. She Posts About It, So the Company Suspends Every Account Tied to Her Household: ‘I Am So Upset’
Wait, are we forgetting there was a tooth in the coffee?

Finding something that shouldn’t be in your drink is bad enough. But when trying to get answers leads to a completely different problem, the situation can become even more frustrating.
Customers have raised questions after finding something unusual in their drinks and even called out how companies respond to those complaints. But one Dutch Bros customer claims her problem didn’t end with what she allegedly found in her coffee.
TikTok creator Koy (@koyahna) claims she found a tooth in her Dutch Bros coffee on July 24. Nearly a week later, she finally heard back from the company. But when she checked her Dutch Bros accounts, she found something else that left her upset.
Somehow, the tooth wasn’t the end of it
“Officially have an update on the Dutch Brothers tooth found in my coffee,” Koy begins her follow-up video. According to her, she had spent nearly a week trying to contact someone before finally receiving an email from the company.
While reviewing her Dutch Bros information, Koy realized there were three accounts involved. She had her current account, her husband had his own, and she also had an older account she could no longer access because its verification code went to a previous phone number.
Koy claims all three accounts had been suspended. That concerned her because she had accumulated rewards, including a free coffee. Although she did not plan to return to that particular Dutch Bros location after allegedly finding the tooth, she explains that she still liked the chain and would have gone elsewhere.
“They suspended all of my f*king accounts,” she says. “I’m upset. I am so upset about this, actually.”
Koy initially connected the suspensions to her complaint about the alleged tooth. “That’s how Dutch Bros decides to handle problems?” she asks. “That’s how Dutch Bros decides to handle a tooth found in their coffee?”
She even regretted contacting the company. “I wish I hadn’t called in now,” Koy says. “I wish I never said anything now, because I don’t have my Dutch Bros accounts anymore.” However, the email Koy showed in the video seems to offer a different explanation.
According to the portion visible in her post, the company informed her that a member can only have one active account. It stated that the multiple accounts had been suspended and asked Koy to verify her information so they could be merged.
Viewers quickly picked up on that detail. While Koy believed she had lost her accounts after reporting the alleged tooth, several commenters pointed out that the email appeared to connect the suspensions to her multiple accounts.
“Babe, read the whole email. They are trying to merge the accounts,” one person wrote.
Another viewer focused on the wording, writing, “The big word in there is MERGE.” Others suggested that once Koy verified her information, her rewards could potentially be combined into one account.
Still, some viewers thought people were focusing on the wrong issue. “Yall missing the picture someone’s tooth was in her coffee and have evidence of it.. so they worried about the account instead of fixing their mistake,” one commenter wrote.
Based on the email shown in Koy’s video, the suspensions appear to be part of merging multiple accounts. There is no confirmation Dutch Bros removed her rewards because of the complaint. Koy says she sent the company a photo and other information about the alleged tooth and was told to expect an update within 24 to 48 hours.
In a later update, Koy says Adrian told her Dutch Bros investigated with its cookie dough supplier but found no evidence the crown came from either company and closed the case. Unhappy with the conclusion, Koy says she filed a health department complaint, contacted a lawyer, and will stop sharing updates for now.
