Ex-Trump Official Set to Take His New Trump-Epstein Bookmobile on Tour
Who’s Ready to See the Epstein Files for Themselves?
Miles Taylor, former Homeland Security official and author of the 2018 New York Times op-ed “I Am Part of the Resistance Inside the Trump Administration,” is back. This time, instead of penning a new article or book, though, he’s sharing the Epstein files with as many people in the United States as he can via his new “Donald J. Trump and Jeffrey Epstein Memorial Bookmobile.”
He’s taking the van, which was built to carry all 3.5 million pages of the Epstein files, around the U.S. so that people can see them for themselves. As Taylor wrote in a statement on his Substack, “No matter who you are or where you live, you deserve to know exactly what our government knows about the president and his long relationship with a notorious international sex trafficker.”
He started the bookmobile’s journey in D.C. on Wednesday, June 29, 2026, as part of a protest against Todd Blanche’s nomination as the U.S. Attorney General. Taylor parked the bookmobile outside the Capitol, where he unveiled it alongside continued calls for the release of the Epstein Files, as well as comments from Epstein survivors.
The Epstein Files
The government has only released the 3.5 million pages that will be traveling in the bookmobile. However, there are more where those came from.
In fact, in July 2026, Judge Emmet Sullivan ruled that the Department of Justice must turn over a set of contested, redacted documents from the Epstein Files so he can decide whether to publicly release them. The files allegedly include names of potential co-conspirators in a draft indictment, numerous emails in which the name of the person Epstein was emailing was redacted, and notes from the FBI regarding allegations against President Trump.
While Trump has repeatedly claimed that he distanced himself from Epstein several years ago, their well-documented friendship has remained in the limelight and has become a point of contention for the administration.
This won’t be the first time the 3.5 million pages of the Epstein Files have been physically and publicly available, as a pop-up “Reading Room” in New York City had the files on display for people to read in May 2026. However, this traveling version will enable far more people to see what’s available in them.
As for where the bookmobile is going next, Taylor has invited people to visit the bookmobile’s website to vote for where the van should go next. Visitors can vote for their own town or another. Currently, the most-voted town is Des Moines.
As Taylor wrote at the beginning of his Substack post, “The president keeps trying to distract the public and bury the truth by making files disappear off the internet. But it’s considerably harder to bury a truck.”
