A woman on TikTok shared a video showing her boyfriend getting confused after receiving a call from her best friend.
In @lydiafowlermakeup’s (Lydia Fowler) TikTok video, right after her best friend, Josephina, calls Lydia’s boyfriend’s number, he asks Lydia why Josephina was calling him. Then he picks up the phone and asks how Josephina is after saying hello. Josephina then asks Lydia’s boyfriend how his day was, and he replies that he was having an “alright” day. They talk for a while before hanging up, and Lydia’s boyfriend calls both friends “weird.”

Right after Josephina asked Lydia’s boyfriend if his day was okay in the video, she mentioned that she was about to put on her nightgown, had asked her boyfriend to prepare some tea, and was about to go to sleep. She also told him that she wanted to wish him goodnight before she went to bed. She said, “I’m literally popping on my nighty. I’ve just got Buddy to go and make me a cup of tea, and I’m gonna go to sleep in a minute. So I just wanted to say night. Night.”
Speaking of boyfriends, this woman went to the bar with her boyfriend and realized that the bartender was a guy she used to go out on dates with.
After Josephina wished Lydia’s boyfriend a good night, he asked her if this would be a regular thing from now on or if it was just a one-time thing. Josephina said that starting that day, she hoped to do the good night ritual every day and see how it goes. Lydia’s boyfriend then asked her if it would only be for the night or also in the mornings, and Josephina replied that it would just be limited to goodnight wishes. Agreeing with her, Lydia’s boyfriend remarked, “Fair enough, we don’t wanna overwhelm ourselves.”
Lydia’s boyfriend then asked Josephina if she goes to bed at the same time every night, and she confirmed while adding that she was six minutes late that day. Before hanging up, Josephina and Lydia’s boyfriend wished each other good night again and shared “Love yous.” After the call ended, Lydia’s boyfriend, while talking to Lydia, said, “You two are fu–ing weird.”
