The drama surrounding the Season 8 cast of Love Island USA is continuing outside the villa, with another contestant facing public attention over allegations from years before appearing on the show.

Tierra Davis’ Alleged 2018 Incident Resurfaces

According to a report from TMZ, Tierra Davis allegedly threatened another girl with a gun and was accused of physically assaulting her years before joining the cast of Love Island USA. The alleged incident reportedly happened in 2018, when Davis was 17 years old.

TMZ obtained court documents showing that a woman named Shayla Woodard filed for a restraining order against Davis. In the filing, Woodard claimed Davis confronted her over a situation involving Davis’ former boyfriend, allegedly assaulting her and threatening to shoot her.

Woodard reportedly told the court that she did not personally know Davis but believed the conflict stemmed from Davis knowing her ex-boyfriend. She also claimed she contacted police after the alleged incident but continued receiving unwanted contact, leading her to request legal protection.

The court granted a temporary restraining order, but later dismissed the case in December 2018.

The allegations have resurfaced after Davis entered the Love Island USA villa, with TMZ reporting that Woodard only recently learned Davis was part of the reality dating show’s cast. According to the outlet, Woodard said she holds no resentment toward Davis and believes people can change over time.
