‘In 2 minutes he’ll be asleep and forget…what he signed’: In a first, Trump fishes for compliments on his signature

A video is going viral on social media platforms such as X (formerly Twitter) at the moment, showing United States President Donald Trump appreciating his own signature. Crazy right? Well, it’s the truth.

The incident took place on April 18, 2026, when Trump signed an executive order at the Oval Office that facilitates the FDA review of psychedelic drugs (such as psilocybin and ibogaine) used for treating PTSD among veterans, depression, suicide prevention, and a list of other issues. The order was signed by Trump after Joe Rogan (also present at the signing) brought the issue to his notice with the help of W. Bryan Hubbard, who was on Rogan’s podcast a few weeks ago.

Trump demands compliments for his signature

As mentioned earlier, a video of Donald Trump is currently going viral on social media in which he is seeking validation for his signature after signing an executive order that promotes the review of certain psychedelic drugs. Surrounded by several members of his administration and Joe Rogan, who was largely responsible for bringing attention to the topic, Trump, after signing the order, remarks, “That’s a good one,” while examining his signature before turning to Joe Rogan and asking if he heard what he said about his signature.

Furthermore, Trump asked Rogan if he thought Biden could do what he just did (sign his name) before claiming that he couldn’t. Trump then lifted the executive order document off the table and showed it to the crowd, including the press, while his supporters behind him erupted in applause and cheers. He even looked back to make sure everyone was clapping and appeared very pleased when he saw that they were.

Joe Rogan laughs at Trump’s face as he makes wild claims

From the same executive order signing event, another video is going viral that shows Donald Trump constantly bragging about his achievements in medicine, emphasizing that he significantly lowered drug prices. He claimed that during his tenure, he had successfully reduced drug prices to 1/8 of a percent, a feat never achieved before by a president or anyone else.

Trump mentioned discussing this unique achievement during a recent news conference and spoke about “how great” he was for accomplishing it. “I said I am the greatest there ever was,” Trump said, as Joe Rogan erupted into loud laughter, the kind that people use when they are mocking someone. His reaction prompted the others beside him to also laugh very nervously to tackle the situation.
