‘Well played, Antonio’: Woman goes over to date’s beachside condo. Then her New York friend looks up the address—and puts 2 and 2 together

A New York woman’s friend sends her location as she heads to spend the night at her date’s house. When she does more digging she realizes that place might not actually belong to him and warns her friend.
In a video with over 2.9 million views, TikToker N4sha (@naash.fm) says her friend bragged to her that her date, a 24-year-old real estate agent, owned multiple homes. She planned to spend the night at one of his beachside condos.
“She proceeded to tell me this house is big. Like BIG big,” she says. N4sha asks her friend to FaceTime her to show her the house.
The TikToker remarks, “She was not lying.” She becomes even more curious and decides to look up the address. That’s when she realizes something weird about the information online.
“Girl, I looked at the address. That house is for sale,” she reveals. “Like currently on the market.”
N4sha puts two and two together and realizes that the real estate agent may be pretending to own one of the houses he is trying to sell. She tells her friend who counters that he has “pictures of his kids” on the walls.
“His kids? He’s 24. How old are these kids?” she asks. Her friend tells her the kids look “grown” and suddenly realizes N4sha might be right.
“The homes he’s been taking my best friend to, those are not his homes,” the TikToker exclaims. “Well played, Antonio.”
N4sha says her friend ultimately decided to stay at the property instead of confronting her date.
Can a real estate agent bring personal guests to homes?
In the comments, several real estate agents warn that her date’s actions could have major consequences for his career.
“As an agent, this is a big no no,” one remarks.
Another says, “As a real estate agent… this is CRAZY work.”
While real estate agents are frequently given access to properties to show them to potential buyers, sellers may also restrict when others can be there. Plus, staying in someone’s house without permission is a sure-fire way to lose business as an agent.
On the r/RealEstate subreddit, one seller laments that they discovered through Ring footage that their agent brought someone for a showing during a time they declined. They note that the agent was later “suspended.”
In response to the situation, one commenter suggests, “That is absolutely trespassing as they were not permitted to be on your property, since you did not give permission.”
Another says, “I totally blows my mind how some real estate agents act as if your homes is now theirs too just because it’s up for sale.”
What did viewers think of his sneaky date strategy?
In the comments, viewers joke that N4sha’s detective skills are “FBI” level.
“Damn girl! It was a slick move by him, but thank God she has a friend like you,” one says.
Another jokes, “Antonio playing his cards but not knowing females are preFBI agents.”
“I absolutely love an investigative baddie,” a third comments.
Others both praise and criticize the real estate agent for his audacity.
“I mean they his .. he just don’t own them,” one remarks.
A second writes, “Antonio cooking fr. Let me go get my real estate license.”
