Hey, friends! What did we see today? Well, we mostly saw the Women’s March, because it’s incredibly massive and pretty hard to ignore, no matter how much some people would like us to. So, here are some of our favorite signs, starting off with Supergirl‘s Melissa Benoist, above. Here are a just a few more out of many:

I saw a lot of good signs but this was my favorite ❤✊🏼✊🏾✊🏻✊🏿✊🏽❤ #womensmarch

We did manage to also find some fun—and not so fun—stuff out there on the Internet for when we need a bit of a distraction, including these hilarious anime intros inventively recreated on a homemade scale. Head over here to see the rest of them.

You can also watch Stephen Colbert mock Trump’s inauguration, while Trevor Noah talks to Joy Reid about how to resist Trump’s authoritarianism.

Meanwhile, Trump continued his assault on the press today in a disturbing speech to the CIA, where he falsely claimed his inauguration crowds were much larger than they were. He made the media out to be the enemy to cheers, but who knows if they were cheers from the CIA or paid Trump staffers? Everything is a show now. (Well would you look at this.)

Elsewhere, the WhiteHouse.gov petition to get Trump to release his tax returns has crossed 100,000 signatures—the number needed to require an official response. We look forward to finding out whether that rule will be honored, though we’re pretty sure any response still won’t include his tax information.

… Did you see anything fun out there? It sure seems in short supply these days, but the incredible number of protestors gives us hope.
