I’m about to say something shocking. There’s something about which I agree with Donald Trump. *gasp* I know! But despite our differences we both agree that Bill Clinton was a great President, that Hillary Clinton will go down as a great senator, and she is a good wife and a good woman. Wait, what?
As reported by Pajiba, Trump laid a whole lotta love at the Clintons’ feet in an interview eight years ago, and he had particularly glowing things to say about Hillary:
Her history is far from being over, I’d like to answer that question in another 15 years from now. I think she’s going to go down at a minimum as a great senator. I think she is a great wife to a president and I think Bill Clinton was a great president. … Hillary Clinton is a great woman and a good woman.
Pssst. Hey, Donald! You were right! Her history isn’t over, because I hear that great and good woman is running for President. Isn’t that exciting?
