Forget everything that you think you know.

Doctor Strange is almost here, which can mean only one thing: an onslaught of television promos headed your way. Just in time for that pre-holiday excitement, Marvel has released four new promos for the film starring Benedict Cumberbatch, Chiwetel Ejiofor, Rachel McAdams, Tilda Swinton, Benedict Wong and more. The footage is pretty much recycled, but you do get glimpses of new material in each.

TV Spot #4: Path

This one is all about Dr. Strange’s new path, now that his hands are useless and his neurosurgical career is over. The Ancient One names him the new Sorcerer Supreme and now he must choose the right path to follow. At least, that’s what Benedict Wong says in this teaser.

TV Spot #5: Question Reality

In this trailer, Strange is asked to forget everything he thinks knows. While the former neurosurgeon only ever saw one path for himself, this new reality opens up plenty of options for him. Plus, there’s tons of cape action in this one. Don your bed sheets and mimic accordingly.

TV Spot #6: Teach Me

Strange seems to be more open-minded, asking Tilda Swinton’s character to teach him the ways of alternate dimensions. This one falls close to the moment Neo decides whether to take the red or blue pill in The Matrix. No Keanu Reeves in this one but you get to see Dr. Strange flexing more of his mystical muscles.

TV Spot #7: Advice

While the other promos focused on Dr. Strange’s tragic loss and new future, this one puts a spotlight on Chiwetel Ejiofor’s Baron Karl Mordo and Benedict Wong’s….Wong? Yeah, that happened. Anyway, the two team up to offer some much-needed advice as Dr. Strange takes on this brave new world.

Now that you’re well-versed in all things Strange, prepare to see him in action on the big screen on November 4. According to Screen Rant, Cumberbatch will reprise his role for Avengers: Infinity War Part 1 and 2.
