Marvel and Netflix have another TV superhero on the way at the end of the month, and every clip and trailer only gets us more excited for Luke Cage. This one features the nigh-indestructible man teaching some manners in a way only he can—but beware of a bit of bone-crunching grossness when his opponents get a bit cocky.

Of course, as satisfying as it is to see Luke Cage calmly lay a beatdown on some randos, the action is hardly the only reason to be excited about the show. As Mahershala Ali, who plays the show’s villain, told USA Today, “There are going to be so many kids out there who get to see a black man on that screen and aspire to be like him. We didn’t have that. They get to be included.”

Luke Cage premieres on Netflix on September 30.
