Some highlights: Dormer (playing Cressida) says she’s “been a frustrated actress in wanting to get some action under my belt for a long time,” and that “the beauty of this film is the gender equality and really, that’s modern Western life. Of course, all movies should reflect that. How wonderful that the biggest franchise in American cinema at the moment does have these wonderful strong female leads? It’s long overdue.”
And Lawrence speaks about Katniss’ new look, saying it’s “scary and very intense but feminine and pretty at the same time. It’s not the most comfortable costume in the world, but it’s utilitarian. I like clothes that let you get the job done.” There’s also a section of the site that introduces newbs to District 13 rebels Boggs, Castor, Pollux, and Messalla.
