This Guy Made His Own Retractable Wolverine Claws Using a Series of Tubes

So he used the same stuff that the Internet is made out of?

I am disappointed, Youtube user Colin Furze. Sure, it seems like you’ve made a pretty killer set of Wolverine claws that actually SNIKT in and out automatically with the help of some well-placed pneumatic tubes, but why aren’t they permanently embedded into your flesh just like the real ones? So much for being authentic, maaaan.

In all seriousness, this guy’s design is pretty brilliant. Check out this other video, where he outlines every single step he used to bring Logan’s trademark weapons to life.

Of course, he never tells us where he got the Mystique blow-up doll he punctures about a minute and a half into his demonstration video. Is that a real product that a company actually makes? Wait, on second thought, do not tell us. We would prefer not to know.
