Fox knows their track record with superhero movies outside of the main X-Men series isn’t so great—not to mention Deadpool star Ryan Reynolds’—and their Deadpool marketing is fittingly on point.
By the looks of it, so is the movie’s sense of humor. Following in the footsteps of the Halloween video, Deadpool now brings us the holiday-themed 12 Days of Deadpool, with a new video revealed every day until a second trailer on Christmas. I’ve never been a huge fan of “trailers for trailers,” but it’s hard to complain when each video is less a trailer than its own comedic short—which Deadpool is perfectly geared for.
