    Instagram's been rolling out some pretty interesting new features over the past month. First they came up with a video capturing system to rival Vine's -- which, frankly, we didn't care all that much about at first. Now they've introduced code that allows you to embed Instagram photos and videos the same way you do with tweets or with Vines. Sorry, Vine. You were fun while you lasted.

    This is probably of no consequence to people who aren't bloggers, but here it is: YouTube has added custom sizing to their embeddable video players. Anyone who's ever had to go through the anguish of refitting a 480 pixel width player to fit in a 560 width website or for whom 560 width videos are just too big will appreciate this feature.
