Warning: This post might make you crave lots and lots of junk food. BUT — They are very patriotic and geeky doughnuts and things, so what harm can they possibly do? I don’t think I’ve ever seen a marketing strategy more fitting for a summer blockbuster centered around one of the world’s most patriotic superheroes.

Dunkin’ Donuts is releasing these “Stars and Stripes” doughnuts in conjunction with the release of Captain America: The Last Avenger on July 22nd.

Also, these exist.

Dear DC Entertainment: You’re doing it wrong. Balls? People will eat them, but they’re also going to giggle. Is that what you were going for?
