Things We Saw Today: Deadpool‘s Version of The “Training Montage”

Deadpool, which took home two golden popcorns at the MTV Movie Awards, is also going to be out on Blu-Ray May 10. MTV News released a deleted scene from the movie that captures the ever-entertaining “training montage” trope, albeit a little more R-rated–and all to Deadpool’s very own theme song.

• X-Men: Apocalypse director Bryan Singer addressed the beginnings of the Jean/Scott romance as well as the fact that we could get glimpses of a potential future Dark Phoenix arc. (via Entertainment Weekly)
• Chris O’Donnell was originally going to get a Nightwing spinoff in the nineties, but the flop of Batman & Robin pretty much put the kibosh on that. (via Comic Book Resources)
