Riverdale One-Shot Brings TV Show to Comics, Is Most Meta Thing Ever

So, we know that The CW’s hot new show, Riverdale, is based on the lovable cast of characters from Archie Comics. Now, Archie Comics is putting out a one-shot comic based on the TV show. And it all comes full circle…

Written by Roberto Aguirre-Sacasa and other writers from the Riverdale series, this one-shot comic contains multiple stories giving backstory and context to the lives of Archie, Betty, Veronica, and Jughead as they exist in the live-action TV show. Whether you’re already watching Riverdale, or you’ve been thinking about it, this comic will either get you prepped, or fill in the gaps on this latest incarnation of Archie characters.
