New Pictures of Captain America: The First Avenger

Recommended Videos

This week’s Entertainment Weekly boasts a fair feast of images from the production of Captain America: The First Avenger, including a look at Hugo Weaving as Red Skull, some wonderfully art deco scientific instruments, and a shirtless Chris Evans.

We’re actually most interested by the middle one, we swear.

And so: Bare chest.

Green tub.

Red Skull.

And, most excitingly for you long time fans: a shield shaped shield.

Seriously though, that thing looks just like a 1950’s era refrigerator.  That is some awesome retro design.

She's spoken at events like Geek Girl Con, New York Comic Con, and Comic Book City Con, wants to get a Batwoman tattoo and write a graphic novel, and one of her canine teeth is in backwards.
