A woman working as a nail technician is sharing a reenactment of a customer encounter that led her to decide never to service that customer again.
In a reenactment video she uploaded to her account, @juliedrama1 showed that while she was filing the nails of a male customer, his girlfriend, sitting beside him, repeatedly asked @juliedrama1 not to touch his fingers. Despite Julie telling her multiple times that it wasn’t possible, the girlfriend continued her requests. The video even shows that at one point, @juliedrama1’s customer’s girlfriend claimed she wanted her boyfriend.

In @juliedrama1’s video, while she is filing a customer’s nails, she asks him if he bites his nails, to which he responds that his girlfriend does. Julie shows some concern and says that it’s “nasty.” Then the customer’s girlfriend interrupts and tells her that she will hold her boyfriend’s hand so she doesn’t have to touch it, then proceeds to do so, as Julie looks at her with shock.
After this, Julie asks the girlfriend if she’s sure she wants her to do her boyfriend’s nails, given her concerns about holding his hand. The girlfriend asks her to continue working but emphasizes that she does not want Julie touching her boyfriend’s hands, which prompts Julie to ask, “Why the hell you even bring him here?” Julie also asks the girlfriend if she wants to do his nails herself, to which the girlfriend replies that Julie should be able to handle such a situation as a professional.

Julie then tells the girlfriend she has issues, including trust issues, to which the girlfriend responds that she does not distrust her boyfriend, but her. Julie then tells her that she’s married with a good-looking husband, adding that the woman’s boyfriend looks ugly. The back-and-forth between Julie and her customer’s girlfriend continues for a while, and at one point, Julie tells her customer to take his girlfriend to a mental hospital because she’s “crazy.”
In the reenactment, @juliedrama1’s video ends with her shooing away her customer and his girlfriend, telling them never to return for her services. As they leave, the customer’s girlfriend says she is going somewhere else with her boyfriend to get his nails done.
