Now don’t get your hopes up just yet. FirstShowing.net’s Ethan Anderton first assumed the Marvel announcing something on The View meant a superhero film starring one of their female characters but here’s what we know from the press release.

“Marvel is excited to announce that on Tuesday, July 15th, at 11AM EST, it will be announcing its latest explosive title live on the Emmy-Winning, daily talk show “The View”. The extremely short press release also includes a title which reads: MARVEL ANNOUNCES AN ALL-NEW THUNDERING TITLE ON “THE VIEW”!

This isn’t the first time Disney-owned Marvel has shown up on Disney-owned ABC’s The View. Back in 2012, they announced the marriage of Northstar and Kyle. Any guesses what this one might yield?
