Woman DoorDashes Little Caesars Pizza. Then She Opens the Box—and Crashes Out. The Cherry on Top Was the Driver Asking for a Bigger Tip

For one TikToker, a Little Caesars pizza delivery turned into a full-on crash-out. Viewers sympathized with her frustration.
TikToker Luhmisslegendary (@luhmisslegendary) went viral with over 4.5 million views after sharing her DoorDash delivery experience. The video began with her saying she was hungry before revealing the state of her dinner.
What Happened With This Little Caesars Order From DoorDash?
She opened a Little Caesars pizza box to find what barely looked like a pizza. Instead of neatly arranged slices, the pizza appeared to have been tossed around inside the box. The slices looked individually squished, making the meal look impossible to enjoy.
The situation turned out to be even worse than viewers first thought. The creator clarified in the comments, “It’s not even one, TikTok, it’s both my pizzas.” She opened another box with an equally inedible pizza.
She was especially upset because they were stuffed crust pizzas, which cost extra. “And I was so [expletive] hungry,” she added, capturing the frustration of finally getting food only for it to arrive in that condition.
It Gets Worse
The TikToker said she contacted Little Caesars for help but was told they were unable to assist her at that time. She appeared hungry, angry, and genuinely hurt. The lack of a solution pushed her into what viewers described as a full crash-out.
To make matters worse, she also claimed the delivery driver requested a larger tip despite the condition of the order.
Her experience reflects a wider issue in third-party food delivery in the United States. Research shows that roughly one in four delivery orders involves some type of service failure, including damaged or incorrect food.
Studies also find that customers tend to react more strongly when there is not only a mistake, but also a lack of effective resolution from restaurants or delivery platforms. In those cases, frustration and dissatisfaction rise sharply, often leading to negative reviews or viral complaints online.
Did DoorDash Refund Her?
Several commenters suggested that she should have reported the issue directly through DoorDash. According to DoorDash’s customer help center, customers who receive damaged or incorrect orders can report the issue through the app under Help.
Depending on the circumstances, DoorDash says customers may be offered a refund, account credit, or a redelivery. The company reviews each case individually rather than guaranteeing a refund.
One Reddit post from someone claiming to work in DoorDash customer support also offered advice for customers seeking refunds. The poster encouraged users to report issues as soon as possible through the app. Provide clear photos when available. Remain polite with support agents. If all fails, ask for a manual review if an automated response denies the request.
Viewers warned that DoorDash does not refund tips. However, DoorDash’s own documentation indicates that refunds can include all or part of a tip depending on the circumstances. Meaning there isn’t a blanket policy that tips are never refunded.

People Sympathized With Her
Many people in the comments sympathized with her reaction. They agreed anyone would be upset after waiting for food only to receive pizzas in that condition.
Others shared photos of their own delivery disasters, posting pizzas that had also been flipped, crushed, or shifted around inside the box. The comments quickly became a collection of similar experiences, with many saying food delivery can sometimes feel like a gamble.
Some viewers also found humor in the video’s length. One person joked, “I didn’t even know the song had words,” referring to the fact that her rant lasted beyond the instrumental portion of the trending audio. Others replied that they also had no idea the track included lyrics.
Another popular comment read, “So the dasher personally balled up every single slice?!?! The pizza was innocent!” poking fun at just how thoroughly the pizzas appeared to have been destroyed.
For many viewers, it wasn’t just the damaged pizzas that made the video relatable. It was the feeling of paying extra for a meal, looking forward to finally eating, and then struggling to get help when something went wrong.
