A man on Reddit was having a typical workday until he wasn’t any longer. After working till midnight, at 1 am, he had ordered a loaded beef nachos from Taco Bell, but to his horror, when he reached home, he found that what could have been a rewarding meal turned out to be a nightmare. What else? He decided to confront the people at the outlet from where he had received the order. However, instead of getting the order the way he should have the first time, he is made to go about in circles and in the end is asked never to return.

Personally, for me, if I am not having the best day, there is nothing that good food and eight hours of sleep cannot fix. Taco Bell experience turns unusual as man receives unseasoned, sauceless tacos, and a few words of contempt
User @shadowray21, while sharing his Taco Bell experience, spoke about receiving the wrong order and garnered the attention of several people on Reddit. As mentioned previously, instead of the loaded beef nachos he had ordered, the man received a pack of bland nachos with cheese and a sauce drizzled on top. He provided a picture of the same in his post.
He highlighted that such an incident had happened to him previously as well, but he had let it go. This time, he decided to confront the people responsible. He revealed in his post that after driving back home to find the wrong kind of nachos, he drove to the Taco Bell joint and narrated his ordeal. He then revealed that he was asked to “pull around.” Then, when he received his order again, he noticed that this time it was “just cheese with nachos and nothing else.” He continued, stating that he confronted the workers about the wrong order again, highlighting that he had ordered beef nachos. He was then asked to “turn around’ again. This time, he told the person preparing the order that he would appreciate it if they took the time to ensure the orders were correct. However, he (an older gentleman) said to him, “Look man, I don’t know what to tell you. I’m tired. It’s late. In fact, don’t come back to this Taco Bell”.

As it turns out, Reddit user @shadowray21’s experiences with Taco Bell is not an individual experience, many others have also faced similar situations, as exemplified by the comments under his post.
Redditor @JessLee5 wrote, “We’ve had a similar situation with someone that works at ours lately especially with the beefy nachos. Like I’m not expecting 5 star service all I want is the ingredients it comes with.” That has happened to me almost every time I’ve gone to a Taco Bell past like 10 PM. Redditor @ObsessiveRecognition on the other hand wrote, “I honestly think it’s because of Doordash orders. They have to prioritize window orders over Doordash, so late at night there’s usually a big group of angry Doordash drivers. I could see this causing the employees to be kinda pissy.”
