Holly Conrad is an awesome lady and an incredible cosplayer. You’ll be able to see her on the Syfy channel tonight as Heroes of Cosplay starts back up but in the meantime here’s a tutorial she put together after cosplaying Cecil from Welcome to Night Vale. Handy for any tattooed characters or if you just want to try out that design you’ve been thinking about forever.
