Hans Zimmer Announces European Tour in 2016

German composer legend Hans Zimmer has announced his first ever tour, which will begin in London and end in Bulgaria. Zimmer, who’s scored countless movies including Inception, The Prince of Egypt, The Dark Knight, The Lion King, 12 Years a Slave, and, of course, Madagascar 3: Europe’s Most Wanted, said:

Performing a tour like this is something that I have always wanted to do, and I am thrilled that the time has finally come. I am very excited to get some of my very talented friends together and give our audiences and experience unlike any concert they have ever been to before.

While most of us in the United States won’t be able to attend, I hope there’ll be some kind of recording for us to enjoy, like the recording of Joe Hisaishi’s Studio Ghibli 25 Years Concert which I’ve probably watched a hundred times.
