With nearly 40 characters to keep track of, Avengers: Infinity War is inevitably going to shortchange some of your favorites, or focus more on characters you’re less interested in. As a result, I was definitely expecting some adverse fan reaction to some of the movie’s priorities. What I was not expecting were the apparently legion Hawkeye stans out there. You do you, internet.
Jeremy Renner’s Hawkeye has been notably absent from both the Infinity War trailers and the Infinity War posters, and the Russos have said that “Hawkeye’s on his own journey in this movie” after the fallout from Civil War. So, based on initial impressions, it does seem like he’ll be out of the main action. But that didn’t stop fans from adding him to their Infinity War posters.
First off, Twitter user BossLogic has created an all-Hawkeye Infinity War poster.

Even the Spanish-language version of The Daily Bugle is apparently looking for Hawkeye.
