Since his re-election in 2025 as President of the United States, Donald Trump has always been associated with chaos. Sometimes the situation results from his actions, while other times external forces are involved. In this case, it is the latter.

Jacob Chansley, a QAnon Shaman, is allegedly suing Trump in a lengthy lawsuit and asking for monetary compensation of up to 40 trillion dollars. Besides Trump, the 26-page document provided by him also contains the names of several corporations/organisations, including Elon Musk’s X-Corp, the Federal Reserve, the World Bank, the State of Israel, the National Security Agency, the International Monetary Fund, wireless network operator T-Mobile, and Warner Bros. Studios. Referring to them, Chansley claims that a specific group of elite individuals and the companies backed by them have been violating the Constitution.

Chansley also claimed that he should be the “true” president of America, suggesting that under his rule, the country would have only two laws. These are the U.S. Constitution and the Bill of Rights. Additionally, Chansley addressed the U.S.’s approximately 37 trillion dollars debt, in the document mentioning that he would print a gold coin worth 40 trillion dollars and use it to settle the account.

For the uninformed, Jacob Chansley is the same person who stormed the U.S. Capitol during the January 6, 2021, riots wearing a horned warrior costume. Following the incident, he was arrested on federal charges of “Civil Disorder; Obstruction of an Official Proceeding; Entering and Remaining in a Restricted Building; Disorderly and Disruptive Conduct in a Restricted Building; Violent Entry and Disorderly Conduct in a Capitol Building; Parading, Demonstrating, or Picketing in a Capitol Building.” After being found guilty on one count, Chansley was incarcerated for 41 months, which was to be followed by 36 months of supervised release. He did not have to complete the full term of his punishment as President Trump granted a pardon to approximately 1500 people involved in the January 6 riots, including him.
