That's two more hours of Peggy!

Peggy fans (AKA the entire world), rejoice! Agent Carter will be gracing our screens for a full ten episodes next season – that’s two more than season one! Two more hours of soft lighting and pencil skirts! Two more hours of red lipstick! Two more hours of utter ass-kickery!

Hayley Atwell herself reveled the info over the weekend at Houston Comicpalooza, where she confirmed that the season will be set in the “very glamorous, dark world of 1940s Los Angeles.” Atwell will apparently also be visiting the Civil War set, though (HUGE SPOILER AHEAD)

You can see the whole panel in this video from our friends at The MCU Exchange:

With the promise of more diversity and the (admittedly slim) hope of an Angie/Peggy relationship, I am all for an extra couple of hours to enjoy our favorite Agent of SHIELD.

Sam Maggs is a writer and televisioner, currently hailing from the Kingdom of the North (Toronto). Her first book, THE FANGIRL'S GUIDE TO THE GALAXY will be out soon from Quirk Books. Sam’s parents saw Star Wars: A New Hope 24 times when it first came out, so none of this is really her fault.
