Finding out that your partner is cheating is devastating for most people. The way each person reacts, however, differs.

Some want to confront their cheating partner immediately; others want to talk about it with their trusted circle first, and there’s another group who would rather plan some kind of revenge.

One New York City content creator recently chose that last option.

In a recent TikTok video that got over 792,600 views, TikToker Taylor Paré (@paretay) films a conversation with her boyfriend, who she says she had just found out was cheating.

While talking to him, she stitches screenshots into the video that reveal to the viewers the real motive behind what she’s telling him.

“Just found out he flew to Phoenix last week to cheat with a girl named Jesi,” she wrote in the video’s text overlay.

How Did She Confront Her Cheating Boyfriend?

“You know where I wanna go? Phoenix,” she tells him, as they’re walking outside.

When he asks why, she says she’s heard good things about it. Meanwhile, Paré inserts screenshots of messages showing her boyfriend contacting someone named Jesi after meeting her on Luxy, a dating app, and eventually arranging either a phone or video call.

Then, Paré asks him whether he’s ever been to Phoenix.

“I have,” he responds.

“When?” Paré asks.

“Two years ago,” he says, before changing it slightly to “some years ago” and adding that he went for work.

Paré continues inserting screenshots that suggest he had actually been there much more recently, in July, and spent time with Jesi.

She then asks whether he’d go back to Phoenix with her for a vacation.

Although he initially says he’d rather visit Utah’s national parks, Paré sweetens the fake offer considerably.

She tells him she landed a brand deal for an all-inclusive resort in Phoenix and says the trip would be completely free.

That gets his attention. “I mean, that’s cool,” he responds.

Then, Paré starts making the imaginary trip increasingly uncomfortable for him.

She says the deal would involve a huge party and lots of social media content, meaning he’d have to appear in her posts.

“Would that be cool with you?” she asks.

At first, he hesitates over having his face and name attached to the content. However, Paré then tells him she’d be getting paid $50,000 and that the trip would include an all-inclusive resort, massages, and other perks.

Eventually, he agrees.

But Paré keeps making the situation potentially scarier for him.

She Says Everyone In Phoenix Will See Them Together

Paré tells him they’d appear on billboards together across Phoenix.

“Billboards?” he asks, shocked.

“Yeah,” she responds.

Then, he starts questioning whether his name would appear, too.

“But my name’s not gonna be on the billboard?” he asks.

Paré tells him it will.

“You’re joking,” he responds. “You’re making this up.”

She keeps going, adding that the billboards would appear in both Phoenix and Scottsdale and that his real name, Jamie, would need to be used.

According to Paré, his social media handle would also appear on all of the content.

“So everyone in Phoenix… will see it,” she tells him.

She says the event is owned by a billionaire’s daughter who told her she could become the “Kim Kardashian of Phoenix.”

Eventually, the conversation turns to women in Scottsdale.

He tells Paré she should tan because they’re in the desert. Then, when she asks whether he’s seen women from Scottsdale before, he says yes.

“What do they look like?” she asks.

“Barbies,” he responds, describing them as blonde with “big hair, big t*ts, big lips.”

Paré then asks whether that’s the type of woman he likes.

“I hate it,” he says.

She follows up by asking whether he’s ever dated someone like that.

“No, I’ve never dated a girl like that,” he responds.

“I love improv,” Paré wrote in the video’s caption.

She Says She Eventually Broke Up With Him

In subsequent videos, Paré told viewers she did eventually break up with him.

She said she went to stay at her mother’s house for a while afterward to recoup.

Then, as she started processing the breakup, Paré posted additional clips about realizing how toxic she believed the relationship had been all along.

Viewers Respected Her Game

“The way the whole time you sound so sarcastic is killing me,” one wrote.

“Lmao funniest part is that girl was not interested in talking to him. I think he paid her for her time,” another viewer said.

Another commenter zeroed in on how strongly he claimed to dislike women who looked a certain way.

“Guys say they ‘hate’ what they love the most,” they stated. “My ex told me he ‘thinks strippers are disgusting’ yet ended up cheating on me with a stripper from Australia lmao.”

“He sounds like he hates you,” a fourth viewer wrote.
