Arizona Woman Checked on a Driver Behind Her. What He Did Next Stunned Everyone: ‘Krispy Kreme Got a Drive Thru’

Sometimes, reality can simulate GTA. Veneekia (@veneekia), a woman from Arizona, spoke to another driver parked behind her car near a local Krispy Kreme. What happened next left everyone in the parking stunned.
In her TikTok video titled ‘Just in case you needed a reason to skip cheat day…,’ Veneekia walked up to the older man, who was parking behind her SUV. The man in the Chevrolet Avalanche was not parked properly. He was also scrolling through his phone.
“Like, do you know how to put it in drive?” Veneekia asked the man, who was still on the phone.
“Oh yeah, yeah, yeah,” he told her confidently. The man didn’t even make eye contact with her and was just looking at his phone.
“You might want to move,” Veneekia said. She got exactly what she wanted, and the man drove off. He crashed into the glass wall of the Krispy Kreme. It’s unclear if the man had hit anyone in the video. Only his truck could be seen amidst the debris of glass and concrete.
Several passerbys were stunned. One lady was rushing to her vehicle, which was parked near the crash site. Another person came out of the Krispy Kreme and stopped to look at the wreck.
A woman could also be overheard screaming “Oh my god” while staring at the wreckage. She looked visibly shaken by the scene.
“I’m so glad he’s okay,” Veneekia said on the video. But she continued, “I don’t know. Something is wrong. I’m gonna call them now. I’m gonna call the police now.” Even Veneekia was surprised by the incident.
Creating a free drive-thru for Krispy Kreme
But what made the situation humorous on social media was that Veneekia was using the trending saxophone soundbite on TikTok. Internet users were quick to joke and make light of the situation.
One commenter wrote, “Now THIS is how you use the saxaphone sound!” The situation escalated so quickly and so dangerously. Given the context of the sound itself, situations like Veneekia’s are what the sound is made for.
Another joked, “we blinked and Krispy Kreme got a drive thru.” Others even joked that the man took the meaning of ‘drive-thru’ too literally.
But another said, “I can show you better than I can tell you.” Veneekia asked the man if he knew how to drive, and he simply showed her.
He hit her car twice before the events of the video
Jokes aside, in a follow-up video, Veneekia gave more context to the situation and what ensued after the car crash.
The reason why Veneekia got out of the car wasn’t because it was poorly parked. Before the man had even driven off into the Krispy Kreme, Veneekia claimed that he had hit her SUV while he was backing up. She got off her vehicle with her infant to check for damage, and there was none.
Since there was a collision, Veneekia checked on the man and asked if he was okay. He told her that he’d give her his insurance information, but she refused, as there had been no damage to her SUV. She was ready to go back inside her car, and the man allegedly bumped her SUV for a second time.
Veneekia went to the man again and started recording for evidence, and that clip was what she initially posted on TikTok. At the very least, Veneekia and her child left the situation unscathed with their Krispy Kreme doughnuts.
