Man molests daughter once a week and gets her pregnant. Then her mother accuses her of tearing the family apart
Predators rely on silence.

A TikTok creator just dropped one of the most disturbing stories to go viral in recent memory, and it’s not even her own. On March 2, 2026, Ash (@helloimashy), a storyteller with over 234,000 followers, posted a GRWM (Get Ready With Me) video titled “My Dad Got Me Pregnant: A Hard GRWM Story.”
While applying makeup and prepping for work, she recapped a horrific account of a young woman who was molested by her father once a week, resulting in pregnancy. The video has since racked up nearly 4 million views, with thousands of comments expressing shock, anger, and support for the victim.
Ash made it clear from the start that this wasn’t her personal experience. “This is not my story,” she said. “This is just a summary of a story that I watched last night on YouTube on the channel Other People’s Lives.” She admitted she could only watch the original video once before turning it off, saying, “I feel like I retain what was important, and I moved on.”
Ash’s account of the victim’s ordeal was enough to leave viewers reeling
The story begins with the victim recalling small, unsettling moments from her childhood, things she, as an adult, recognizes as red flags. Her father would play porn on the living room TV while she was present, sometimes with her siblings nearby. “First of all, that’s weird,” Ash said, calling out how predators often use exposure to sexual content to desensitize children. The victim’s mother knew about the porn but did nothing to stop it.
From there, the abuse escalated. The father started asking his daughter to give him massages, first on his shoulders and legs, then progressing to inappropriate areas. Eventually, he called her into the kitchen one night, sat her on the counter, and assaulted her.
The abuse became a weekly routine. Her father would sneak into her bedroom under the guise of tucking her in, play porn on his phone, and force her to perform acts on him. The only breaks she got were when he traveled to Africa for months at a time.
He kept her silent with threats. “You can tell somebody, but if you do, then none of the bills are gonna get paid,” he told her. “You and your siblings are gonna go into foster care, and your mom’s gonna be homeless.” Terrified of tearing her family apart, she stayed quiet. Ash pointed out how common this tactic is – predators manipulate victims into believing they’re responsible for the family’s stability.
The victim eventually ran away and confided in her boyfriend and friends at a party
The police were called, and an investigation began. But even then, her father found a loophole. Authorities told him he couldn’t be inside the house, so he parked his car at the end of the driveway every day, watching the family from afar. Meanwhile, her mother and siblings would walk outside to chat with him for hours, acting like nothing was wrong. “It was like she was blaming her for it because she was tearing up the family,” Ash said, livid.
The victim soon realized she was pregnant, and a DNA test confirmed the baby was her father’s. Police arrested him. He escaped jail and fled to Africa, where he now lives freely. The victim, now a mother herself, chose to put the baby up for a closed adoption — a decision Ash fully supported. “She does not need to relive that trauma every day,” she said. “And that baby needs to grow up not being exposed to how it was made.”
What makes this story even more infuriating is the mother’s role
Ash was adamant that the mother knew. “Mother’s intuition is a very strong thing,” she said. “You’re not going to convince me that she didn’t know.” The victim recalled her mother making comments that, in hindsight, confirmed her awareness.
Yet instead of protecting her daughter, the mother accused her of ruining the family. “As a mother, you should protect your child at all costs,” Ash said, her frustration boiling over. “Even if he was threatening your life… I will always choose my children over me.”
The victim, now 22, told her story with a strength that left Ash in awe. “She is one of the strongest people I have ever known,” she said. “She is saying the story like, ‘This happened to me. This was the outcome, and I moved on.’” Ash compared it to her own experience with SA, admitting it took her years to cope with PTSD. “I could not imagine being a victim to my own father,” she said.
The video sparked an outpouring of support. Comments range from “This broke me” to “The mother is disgusting” and “The victim is so strong.” Many urged others to watch the full story on YouTube. Some debated the ethics of sharing such heavy content in a casual GRWM format, but most agreed it was an important conversation starter.
Ash ended the video with a plea for empathy. “I truly hope that she is getting the absolute best out of life,” she said. “And I do hope the same for that baby.” The story is a grim reminder of how often abuse goes unreported, and how often the people who should protect victims fail them the most. If there’s one takeaway, it’s this: predators rely on silence. And in this case, the silence was deafening.
