Kristi Noem’s DHS secretly flies a deportation flight to NH, leaving detainees stranded on the tarmac for 12+ hours in a blizzard
In a clip that has been going viral on social media, especially on X (formerly Twitter), television news host and political commentator Rachel Maddow can be seen discussing the buffoonery of Kristi Noem’s Department of Homeland Security, highlighting a recent incident. Maddow, in the clip, is spotlighting an incident where the DHS flew a deportation flight into New Hampshire despite there being a blizzard warning.
In the video, Rachel Maddow can also be seen stating that the individuals responsible for deciding to fly the deportation flight to New Hampshire and those on the plane apparently did not inform airport staff about their arrival, making the whole situation extremely dangerous for all those involved. Wait, there is something even worse than this: the authorities left the inmates of the plane on the tarmac in the middle of the blizzard for 12 hours!!

After repeatedly terrorising the immigrant populations of the United States of America and showing no signs of remorse when confronted over it, Secretary of Homeland Security Kristi Noem is once again letting people know where she stands with her past beliefs. Turns out, they are still the same; she continues to scrutinise immigrants and inhumanely treat them, and the recent incident of her department’s members leaving a deportation plane in the midst of a blizzard for 12 hours is proof of that.
Rachel Maddow, while speaking about the incident on the recent episode of The Rachel Maddow, said, “Today, you know there’s this huge blizzard on the East Coast. Today, for some reason, Kristi Noem’s department decided to fly a real deportation flight into New Hampshire. They flew it into Portsmouth, New Hampshire, at 1 am today, right at the height of the blizzard.” Maddow also revealed that the people at the Portsmouth airport had said that they had “no idea” that the flight was coming until 15 minutes ahead of its arrival time, and that if they had known about their arrival beforehand, they would have told them not to come, as it was unsafe. Addressing the issue, Maddow added, “Kristi Noem’s department, in its INFINITE WISDOM, flew this plane full of people there, presumably shackled if it’s like a normal deportation flight, and then they left the people on that plane on the tarmac for more than 12 HOURS in the middle of that blizzard.”

She revealed that he was a cannibal who ate other people. Additionally, she also said that on the deportation flight that he was put in after detainment, he started to eat himself.
According to an article published by The Intercept on February 23, 2026, the claims made by Kristi Noem in this context were untrue. The source mentioned that three individuals attached to federal law enforcement agencies, including Noem’s Department of Homeland Security, who were aware of the incident, were the ones to reveal the truth.
