8-Bit Wedding Invitation Unlocks “Geekiest Possible Wedding Invite” Achievement

We’ve seen 8-bit wedding invitations in the past, but this takes the concept to a new level — well, actually, two new levels, if you include the boss stage. German couple Darina Goldin and Niko Losse invited their guests to their wedding with an 8-bit, playable wedding invitation, in the styles of Super Mario Bros. and Donkey Kong.

A bonus: in a blow back against most 8-bit games’ patriarchalism, you can rescue the groom with the bride.
