  1. Rock Out To Pokémon Dubstep [VIDEO]

Why Not Do It With Some Style?

Lindsey Stirling is back and lending her talents to make the Pokémon theme song danceable. Although I'm partial to Choirfly's version, I like a little dubstep now and again. Are you following The Mary Sue on Twitter, Facebook, Tumblr, Pinterest, & Google +?

  2. The Force Is With Lindsey Stirling and Peter Hollens’ Star Wars Medley [VIDEO]

    I will make it legal!

Lindsey Stirling, she of nerdy violin medleys, and Peter Hollens, Mr. One-Man Acappella, have joined forces like the Rebellion and the Ewoks during the Battle of Endor to create something truly special: This awesome medley of Star Wars music. I would like to thank the pair of them for reminding me that, as awful as The Phantom Menace is, it still gave us "Duel of the Fates." All hail John Williams! 3. When You Think About It, Link’s Really Just a Huge Jerk [Video]

One of the classic tropes seen in The Legend of Zelda games involves protagonist Link running about, smashing this and that. Typically, the objects being smashed are pots, but he's not usually terribly particular. He's pretty much a big jerk about it, since he never sticks around to clean up his mess, and he's more than happy to smash things all over again if and when they're replaced. That's what Freddie Wong explores in his latest video, with the help of Lindsey Stirling as Link. That poor guard.

  4. Lindsey Stirling Channels Daenerys In Her Take On The Game of Thrones Theme Song

    Winter Is Coming

Lindsey Stirling and her crew sure to love to adapt nerdy songs. Previously we've heard her work on the Skyrim theme as well as a Lord of the Rings medley, well the latest is HBO's Game of Thrones theme. She provides the violin, as per usual, while Peter Hollens gives some vocal accompaniment. They used a whopping 140 tracks to put it together between them to create the song but I'm more impressed by the cosplay.

  5. Violinist Lindsey Stirling Plays The Skyrim Theme In Her Newest Video

This Exists... Because of A Lady

I haven't even played Elder Scrolls V: Skyrim but I can't get enough of this video. Probably because I can't get enough of Lindsey Stirling. She's the violinist who brought us the Zelda theme as well as a truly epic music video shot in New Zealand, featuring the Lord of the Rings soundtrack. Peter Hollens joins Stirling this time around to provide the necessary vocals (yes, all those voices are his). And just for the record, Stirling will sword fight you with her bow and win. Don't even try.

  6. Attention Dorkestra Refugees: Lindsey Stirling’s LOTR Medley [Video]

    There And Back Again

If the name Lindsey Stirling sounds familiar, it's because this violin medley of the music of Lord of the Rings is not her first medley; she previously did a rather impressive one for the Legend of Zelda. Both are equally sweeping and dramatic, but the LOTR one? Actually shot in New Zealand, at times with a helicopter. Your heart will swell up watching this, and then you'll remind yourself that The Hobbit comes later this year, and then you'll just explode with joy. Well-played, Lindsey Stirling. Well-played.
