Fan Imagines Harry Potter Characters After Voldemort Won

[View All on One Page]

Tumblr user Pragmatique has created these gorgeous Harry Potter posters that envision a world where Voldemort had won, including wanted posters for our favorite teen wizards and propoganda posters for Voldemort and the Malfoys. The ladies look especially fierce in their Wanted posters – who would cross Hermione when she looks that tough?!

  • Loony Lovegood

Mmm, Neville. Meet me in the Room of Requirement after lights-out.

  • Jose

Um, if Voldermort had won, Harry would be dead, and thus wouldn’t need a wanted poster, no?

  • Anonymous

Wow, Hermione must be wearing some seriously high heels to peak out at almost 6′ tall in the wanted poster, since she’s about 5’3″ in bare feet.

  • Seanna Tucker

And Ron’s only at 5’8″. Um?

  • dawnofthenerds

It makes me unaccountably sad that they’ve had to split up around the world.

  • Flitzy

Neville Longbottom, you’ve just taken the crown of sexiest mugshot from David Bowie. <3

Aw, and I love how Luna was under arrest for helping muggleborns escape! <3

  • Emily Neenan

Mmh, Hermione. I’d harbour that fugitive… (I’m also oddly pleased that she’s “worth” more than Ron.)

  • Anonymous

I bet Ron would be really crushed to find he has such a low bounty on his head.

  • Anonymous

    I know!
    I was like – Damn!

  • Anonymous

Ginny firebombing the Salazar opera house was pretty badass too! And totally in keeping of what I’d expect of her in a future ruled by Deatheaters.

  • Katy

Oh my God! Nelville! I would join the resistance!

  • Anonymous

a six foot tall hermione is not something my feeble mind is prepared to envision.

  • Raitalle

For these to really be perfect, they should have been gifs.

  • Paulo

Not if he used the resurrection stone but the snake didn’t get killed.

  • Paulo

    Perhaps she’s levitating.

  • Travis

Hermione’s bounty seems pretty low. In a lot of ways she’s as dangerous, or more so, than Harry. She’s one of very few characters with high functioning knowledge of both the wizard world and muggle world. She’s a magical prodigy. And she’s usually the brains behind whatever antics Harry gets up to.

If Harry is worth 100,000, Hermione is easily worth 75,000… on the low end.

  • Anonymous

I figure they underestimate her because she is muggle-born. I mean, even if she’s doing some pretty heavy damage they might assume that a “real” witch or wizard is helping her.

  • Anonymous

Ginerva’s worth more than him too, and it’s not hard to see why.

  • Anonymous

    42,000 for Hermione? I’m insulted!

  • Mark Matson

    “Last seen”

  • Travis

That’s true. If the wizarding world has a single defining trait, it’s an unrelenting denial of reality.

  • Mark Matson

Hermione was always the real hero of the series. What makes Harry so value is the symbolism.

  • Anonymous

The altverse where Voldemort won also happens to be the NSFW altverse where Hermione uses potion to make herself a giantess:

  • Erula

  • Mark Brown

    “It’s bloody insulting!”

  • Amanda

omg thanks for the laugh! i’m seriously crying over here

  • mrsblocko

Um…I’m pretty sure it’s spelled Ginevra, not Ginerva. Sad that there is a typo on such a cool picture.

  • Anonymous

Not if Voldemort simply took over the Ministry, but he and Harry haven’t had the BIG battle yet.

  • Anonymous

Then you’d be wrong, because it’s Ginerva.

  • totz the plaid

I’m disappointed that Luna’s worth the least. She’s easily my favorite!

  • Anonymous

I thought Ron would just be a headstone.

  • Anonymous

His victory was a forgone conclusion after she destroyed Hogwarts in a paroxysm of ecstasy.

  • EG

Nope, it’s Ginevra. Go check Deathly Hallows at the wedding scene, when the Aunt is going on about her dress.

  • Anonymous

there little to no chance my eyes will ever go back in their sockets or the acidic taste of vomit will ever leave my mouth.

and thats just from the typos.

  • Anonymous

Is that the same aunt who thought that Ronald was a girl?

  • E.V. Emmons

Hmm, I would have like to have seen a Draco one…

  • Eve

The others look tough and edgy. Ron looks like he just rolled out of bed. Poor Ron…

  • Beverly Ann Nelms

The first thing I checked was whether Hermione and Ron were together.

  • Beverly Ann Nelms

You must be thinking of the movie Ron instead of the book’s Ron. He had the natural wizard smarts and could play a mean game of chess while still a child. Definitely not a light weight.

  • Lorewise

Well I would love to view these images here, but unfortunately that desire isn’t greater than the amount of scripts I’d have to activate and deactivate just to do so.

Someone in management needs to have a conversation with the web admin about this. There’s at least 18 running here. How could that possibly be necessary?

  • Anonymous

There are elections after Voldemort wins?

  • Emily Neenan

Nah, I’m a book girl through and through. I followed the movies but didn’t actually watch them after Azkaban. I like Ron, and he’s certainly no light weight, but Hermione is definitely more dangerous to the new world order.

  • Anonymous

I was debating whether I should comment on exactly this, but then saw you already did! Hermoine is definitely the heavy hitting bruiser, not to mention braniac. So power and intellect. That bounty is super low.

  • mrsblocko

page 141 Deathly Hallows, the wedding chapter.

  • Aaron Victor Steimle

What if they misspelled Ginny’s name as a stylistic choice? As if they’re guessing at her full name to make themselves seem more important.

  • Brian

Pfft. Like Malfoy would ever rank that highly.

  • Brian

And an insistence on doing everything the hard way. And a complete lack of sense. And nice red uniforms

  • Brian

I’ll go with the Very Potter Musical, where it’s clearly pronounced “Ginevra”. Oh, wait, that’s non-canon. Well, there’s also the fact that Ginevra is a real name, and Ginerva is not, the Ginny article on the Harry Potter wiki, and all other written mentions of her name.

  • Brian

    Well, “elections”.

  • Anonymous

Gotta love the internet. Artist creates something unique and cool, small-minded people respond by complaining about typos ad nauseum. Well done, Pragmatique!

  • Sarah

I can’t find it at the moment, but I’m 99% sure that there is one. It’s pretty amazing too. (I *will* find it! If I have to stay up all nigh- oh, look! Kittens!)

  • Sarah
  • Riley

So if Voldemort won, then the world would have been ten times sexier? Ugh that’s a toughy.

  • Anonymous

Kim Possible: A Sitch In Time posited that this is true of dystopian altverses because battling an evil regime is the best workout.

  • mrsblocko

Yup. It’s Ginevra on IMDB as well. :)

  • Jake Mertz

Oh, now those are some cool posters.

  • Evan

The Soviet Union had “elections” for decades, as did Saddam Hussien, even though the outcome was always guaranteed.

  • Niala Terrell-Mason

I assumed they were basing these on the actor’s heights. Emma is 5’5–same as Dan. And you know Emma is rocking serious heels in that outfit. lol

  • Niala Terrell-Mason

    Rupert Grint is 5’8.

  • William Semple

Harry Potter is basically the face of rebellion. He is “the Mockingjay” of the Harry Potter universe. Without him, rebellion morale may fall greatly. That’s why his bounty is so high.

  • Anonymous

And the fact that he was the one in the prophecy that could destroy the Dark Lord which made him instantly more valuable.

  • AnnaB

Funny, first thing I checked was whether Hermione and Harry were together.

  • Seanna Tucker

I was indicating that Ron is supposed to be taller than Hermione, so having her at almost 6 ft with Ron at 5’8″ throws things off.

So, is Emma Watson almost 6′ in real life?

  • Niala Terrell-Mason

Ah. Got it. No, Emma and Dan are the same height: 5’5. She clearly has on some wickedly high heels. lol

  • Kaelyn S

I wonder if Draco would be on a poster for propaganda or on a wanted poster…
