The Time Travel Rom-Com With Bill Nighy and Domnhall Gleeson Gets a Cute New Trailer [VIDEO]

I’m normally not much of one for rom-coms, though there are some I like, but darnit, About Time looks just as fun as it did the last time we saw a trailer for it. Time travel needs to worm its way into otherwise non-sci-fi movies more often. I will not rest until I get the time travel/historical epic romance/action movie my heart has always yearned for.

Rachel McAdams sure loves doing time-travel romance flicks.

Hooray! This trailer doesn’t make it look like he might be his own father/grandfather/whatever it was, it was creepy. I’m hoping the movie is more along these lines. I did like the line, “But it was the seventies.” Something about the delivery and the plucky little smile afterwards.

Maybe they need to recruit her for a few episodes of Doctor Who.

Actually looks pretty decent. But Nighy could make me watch pretty much anything so I may not be the best judge.

“Time travel needs to worm its way into otherwise non-sci-fi movies more often.” Didn’t they call that “The Lakehouse”?

And it’s being turned into a TV series, so if you don’t want to read through the tomes in that series, you should be able to watch it soon.
