A Houston-area influencer is racking up views on TikTok after flagging what she says are solid dupes for pricey two-piece lounge sets—only these are sitting on Walmart shelves for a fraction of the cost.

Danielle Ekwerekwu (@danni_ek) told her followers she stumbled on the sets during a recent Walmart run. The brand is No Boundaries, and unlike some of the labels charging triple digits, these come in at just $20 for the full look.

“I’m at Walmart and they have these sweatsuit sets for $22,” Ekwerekwu said as she walked viewers through the aisle. She highlighted a few standout colors—maroon, black, blue, and grey—and broke down the price point, noting it was “just $10.98 for the top” with the bottoms running the same since they’re sold separately.

“I think that’s a steal,” she added. “The girlies are paying over $100 for a two-piece set like that at Aritzia.”

At one point, she held the pieces up to show how they’d look on, giving viewers a better sense of the fit. And for anyone gearing up for a trip, she had a clear recommendation.

“If you’re on the hunt for a travel set,” Ekwerekwu says, “I definitely recommend coming because that’s a steal.”

Content Creators Highlight Skims, Aritzia ‘Dupes’ At Walmart

Other creators have been making the same point: Walmart’s basics are getting surprisingly good. Deanndra Nunnery (@deanndra.nunnery), who bills her content as “affordable luxury finds,” posted a haul last month that echoed Ekwerekwu’s take.

“Let me show you everything that I got,” Nunnery told viewers in a video that’s now pulled in more than 62,400 views.

She spotlighted one of her favorite pieces, saying, “They just dropped this bubblegum rimmed t-shirt.” And in her caption, she further emphasized the message.

“Walmart is seriously stepping it up,” she said. “These Skims-inspired basics feel so luxe—soft, stretchy, and perfect for everyday.”

Walmart Ups Its Game

Walmart is becoming a go-to spot for shoppers who want the look of Aritzia without the high price.

Brands like No Boundaries are putting out pieces that feel just as cozy and look just as stylish, but cost a fraction of what you’d pay at a high-end store. It’s often recognized for copying some of the hottest Gen-Z trends with its pieces, while other Walmart brands, like Time and Tru, are recognized for versatile wardrobe staples that feel more expensive than they are.

Instagram, YouTube, and TikTok are full of creators trying on these items and showing shoppers exactly how they compare to pricier brands.

For anyone who wants the look of Aritzia or Skims without breaking the bank, various content creators agree that Walmart is stepping up its game. Between cozy sweats and everyday basics, it’s clear the retailer is taking affordable fashion seriously—and shoppers are taking notice.

Viewers Say Walmart Is Stepping Up

Commenters who viewed Ekwerekwu’s video said they were impressed with Walmart’s quality and inspired to purchase some of the store’s apparel themselves.

“Running to grab!” one viewer exclaimed.

“That’s affordable, I love that color,” another added.

“I love these type of sets for the airport,” a third commented. “Gives me more of a reason to travel lol.”

“Need to run to Walmart,” said a fourth.

Some viewers suggested ways Walmart could improve its selection of sweatpants.

“Wish they had straight leg pants,” one person noted.

“This would have ate with straight leg,” another added.

Others pointed out that prices on these sets have crept up over time.

“They used to be $7.98,” one viewer recalled.

But plenty agreed with Ekwerekwu that Walmart is making strides.

“These are the best sweat pants,” one fan said. “I always buy 3 when I see them lol.”

“And they don’t shrink,” another added, referring to the Walmart-branded sweats.
